Inonim Warranty
We stand behind the quality and engineering of our products. To give you peace of mind, Inonim provides a one-year warranty from the date of purchase for all our products.
What is covered?
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If your product fails to perform as intended due to a manufacturing flaw within the first year, we will (at our discretion) either:
- Repair the product at no cost to you, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
- Replace the product with a new unit if repair is not feasible.
- Refund the entire cost of the product.
What is not covered?
- Damage resulting from improper use, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
- Normal wear and tear that does not affect the functional "fit for use" of the product.
- Loss or theft.
Postage & Repairs
If we require the product to be returned to us for inspection or repair, we will cover the postage costs. We will either provide a pre-paid shipping label or reimburse your standard shipping expenses. You will not be charged for any shipping or labor costs associated with a valid warranty claim.
Timeframe
Once we receive your item we aim to complete the repair, dispatch a replacement, or process your refund within 7–10 working days.
