1-Year Limited Warranty
This warranty is provided by Inonim for products purchased directly from us on this website (www.inonim.co.uk).
Coverage:
This warranty covers faults in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use for 12 months from the date of original purchase.
If a valid claim is made, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the product.
Not Covered:
- Accidental damage (including drops or impact damage)
Water or liquid damage - Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or incorrect operation
- Damage from unauthorised repairs, modifications, or opening the device
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect use
- Consumable parts such as filters
How to Claim:
To make a warranty claim, contact us using our Contact page form with:
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Description of the issue
- Photos or video of the fault (if requested)
We may ask you to return the product for inspection.
Postage and Returns:
If the fault is confirmed as covered by the warranty, we will pay for reasonable return postage and for delivery of any replacement.
If the issue is not covered, return postage may be the customer’s responsibility.
Please contact us before sending any items back so we can provide return instructions.
Timeframe:
We aim to complete repairs, replacements, or refunds within 14 working days of receiving your item.
If there are delays, we’ll keep you informed.
Our Discretion:
For valid claims, we will decide whether repair, replacement, or refund is the most appropriate solution.
